Report of the bi-partisan Presidential Task Force on Projected Economic Justice presented to President Ronald Reagan and Congress in October 1986. The PEJ Task force was mandated by Congress and conducted without any taxpayer funds. Its unanimous report recommended the promotion of worker ownership and Employee Stock Ownership Plans to counter Marxist-Leninist insurgencies in Central America and the Caribbean.
