In 1998 and again in 1999, Dr. Norman Kurland, President of the Center for Economic and Social Justice (CESJ) of Washington D.C., USA, visited Bangladesh. He presented new, exciting ideas on how to take advantage of situations of poverty for the universal good of a people.
