The Capital Homestead Act

Poem: "Justice Q & A's"

April 12, 2009

Rev. Walter Fauntroy
Coalition for Capital Homesteading
Washington D.C.

Dear Rev. Fauntroy:

On behalf of its Board of Directors, please include the "Solidarista Movement of Central America" (Movimiento Solidarista Centroaméricana (MSC) as a member of the Coalition for Capital Homesteading.

The MSC currently represents 600,000 workers and 2,000 associations and an equal number of companies in Central America with $3.6 billion dollars of worker owned assets, including 100% worker owned firms.

We totally support efforts to introduce Capital Homesteading based on the theory of Binary Economics as developed originally by Louis Kelso and others, particularly the Center for Economic and Social Justice (CESJ) of Washington D.C.

The concept is an example worthy of replication throughout the industrialized and developing nations.

May God speed you and your colleagues' efforts to make these concepts a living reality.

Lic. Joseph W. Recinos
Secretary
Board of Directors
Movimiento Solidarista Centroaméricana
