An Outline Of CESJ’s Strategic Gameplan
For Building The “Just Third Way”

1.   Strategic Objective: To change today’s global economic paradigm from the divisive, dehumanizing and power-concentrating wage systems of capitalism and socialism, to the Just Third Way. To do that, we must:

a.   Build the critical mass to change the system

b.   Introduce into the system structures and processes for evaluation, improvement and self-renewal

2.   Definition of “The Just Third Way”:

A socio-economic paradigm (system) based on the dignity and sovereignty of every person and organized according to principles of justice. This system recognizes certain inalienable human rights as deriving from a transcendent source of natural law and universal moral principles. Within this system all social institutions and laws are structured to be subordinate to and supportive of the dignity, sovereignty and full development of each person within a just social order. To this end, the Just Third Way promotes as a fundamental human right, access to the means to acquire, and be empowered with the full rights and powers of, property in income-producing capital, as well as in one’s own labor.

3.   Strategic Formula for Changing the System:

Idea Power + Servant Leadership Power + People Power + “Show it Works” Power + Money Power = CHANGE

4.   The Four Simultaneous Prongs for Communicating the New Paradigm

I) Education II) Prime Movers III) Numbers of People IV) Successful Models

5.   Translating the Formula into Action (What Each Of Us Can Do)

a. Open the doors for CESJ spokespeople (e.g. Norm Kurland) to speak to prime movers

b. Volunteer and recruit other volunteers to help CESJ carry out its strategic mission

c.   Help build and sustain CESJ’s strategic, tactical and operational capabilities, combining people-to-people interaction with mass communications to move us toward the “tipping point”

6.   Prioritize what specific actions and resources are needed in the long-term and short-term

7.   Determine budget needed to carry out strategic actions

a.   What people power and resources do we have now to get started?

b.   What additional people power and resources will we need?

c.   How will we get the additional people power and resources?

8.   Organize people and resources to carry out agreed-upon strategic actions

9.   Evaluate effectiveness of specific strategic actions in terms of strategic objectives.
