Value Based Management.Net This web site defines Value Based Management as "the management approach that ensures corporations are run consistently on value (normally: maximizing shareholder value)." It includes creating value, managing for value and measuring value (valuation). As such, it full of good sources for those interested in measuring numerical values, especially share values for existing stockholders and stakeholders. Other than a link through CESJ to Justice-Based Management, there is little on moral values, such as lifting barriers and transforming structures to create a more universal base of ownership participation in capital growth, corporate governance, and profit distributions and how a more democratic base of corporate ownership would impact on overall profit distributions, the rate of new capital formation and the efficiency of a market economy's income distribution system.
